Going well under saddle, started February 2007. Bred to our stallion Paxam, for September 2008 (5/8 Teke) foal. Lucy is a breed ideal of fabulous conformation, color, and disposition. "Timu"2002 Pony of the Americas mare White with red roan points, 14.1 hands A good trail horse. See her 2007 filly, Hatya. Timu is a solid, friendly, ideal family horse. As a 2 year old, she was gentle and steady enough to be a trail mount for our (then) five year old son. She's been ridden, packed, and paraded, and would make a great gaming, 4-H, or Pony Club mount, but is strong enough for a medium sized adult to ride all day. "Talahsa" 2006 filly, (NPH registered ¾ Appaloosa, bred by Jon and Rosa Yearout), brings Old Herd Appaloosa qualities into our program. Tough as nails, ample bodied, hardy, thrifty, and straight moving, she'll surely be a producer of outstanding mountain, pleasure, and endurance horses. Talasha is Nez Perce for "rises like the sun". "Cayokam"2004 NPHR gelding. 3/8 Akhal Teke. Also ApHC registerable gelding.15 hands, roan/blanket/spots Cayokam came to us off the Nez Perce rangelands in December 2007. He was previously unhandled. He now has excellent ground manners, and has 3 months under saddle. He has done several trail rides now on the beaches and the hill trails, and on the roads around our village. He is remarkably fit, calm, handles traffic well, walks straight and steady with his head down, and with 20 plus rides is ponying new horses out with aplomb. He is extremely polite to humans, submissive to older geldings. He will be ideal for an intermediate or confident novice. A fine and fit mountain trail horse. Will have no problem with mountain obstacles or hard rides. $2500 |

"Ready" April, 1996 TWH/Appendix quarter cross (bred by us before NPH) 15.1 hands, sorrel. Ready is our lead trail horse. He's had many years of mountain trail experience, is always game to do whatever is asked. Big water, bridges, traffic, he'll lead or take you solo over anything, in any direction, all day without tiring. A great big walk, huge charismatic trot, this guy really covers ground smoothly. This guy turns heads, with his charisma and showy movement. Moderately gaited (walk, running walk, trot with great extension, and on up). Experienced riders only.

"Walim" 2003 Appaloosa gelding 15 hands, black, white star. Walim, like Cayokam, came to us this winter off the range. I have held back due to time constraints from starting him under saddle, but he is well halter broke and will be started under saddle later this spring. He is a very handsome black, with hard dark feet, and will go fine barefoot. He is a lovely mover, should make a fine long distance horse. Opposite picture is from summer 2007, in his summer coat. $1000, price will go up with training.

"Mister"1990?? Quarter Horse Line back Grullo, 15.1 hands We bought Mister because he combined extraordinary charisma and obvious intelligence with awesome color, conformation, movement and feet. Mister is now going well under training from owner David Fisher. He is showing a lot of promise as a reining horse.
